Southeast Halloween Enthusiast Convention (SEHEC) has been canceled Due to the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Below is a statement from the SEHEC.
Due to the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we have no choice but to make the decision to cancel the Southeast Halloween Convention in Gainesville, FL, planned for July 11-12, 2020.
Following the State of Florida’s current gathering guidelines of limiting capacity, we agree that protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our conference speakers, volunteers, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors is paramount, and serves as the reason for our decision to cancel the event.
Simply put, canceling the SEHEC meeting is the right thing to do during this historic time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
