Goodbye FEARnet.com
You may or may not know this, but as of July 30th, FEARNET will shut its doors forever. In April, Comcast NBCUniversal bought out FEARNET. Because NBCUniversal already has Chiller and Syfy, it was decided that FEARNET was redundant. Most of the staff was laid off then, with a skeleton crew kept around to help with the transition. – Alyse Wax
Fearnet (stylized as FEAR.NET) is an American digital cable television network, website and video on demand service that is owned by Comcast. The network specializes in thriller, suspense and horror entertainment programming through a mix of acquired and original series, and feature films.
